I’m really happy with this Potty Patch. It keeps my house clean and odor free and it’s a very easy cleanup process. I never even worry about my dog staining my couches or my wooden floors or him wetting my bed anymore. It’s just a once a day clean up that requires dumping the litter into the toilet and that’s it! And it is already deodorized so it’s not that disgusting. It’s really a relief. If you own a dog, I really think it’s something worthwhile to invest in and if you plan on getting a dog, then it is definitely something smart to invest in. It saves you the trouble of trying to train your dog. Before they are trained they feel free to relieve themselves all over the house! I just think it’s not worth going through that hassle. With the potty patch your dog will see the grass and automatically associate it with a place to do his duties. It amazes me. Now that I have the potty patch, I’m actually glad to keep my dog in the house.

I can seriously sit here and write about the potty patch all day! I think it was the best invention ever! It makes owning pets that much more of an option. It’s something your dog and you are comfortable with. It’s annoying to have to go outside to take your dog for a leak. Then when he poops you have to clean it up with a bag, which was something I was never comfortable with. I never got used to that, it disgusted me every time. There’s a difference when your dog poops on the side walk and when he poops in your yard. When they poop in your yard, it’s only to your own disadvantage if you don’t clean it up. So with this potty patch I never have to use those doggy bags to clean up his poop because it slides right out of the patch when you hold it over a toilet and best of all its odor free.
Also, the potty patch is a small, thin mat, so it’s barely noticeable. So you can keep it wherever you would like without it causing clutter or looking bad. When people come over they don’t know what it is, they just think it’s a mat.

I would say that the only disadvantage is that if you wait until the end of the day to dispose the litter in the potty patch, it can get quite heavy. Dogs make a lot, and the liquid is heavy. So although it can get annoying to empty it out more than once a day, it would be to your advantage if you did. Sometimes I’m not home all day and I’m left with a heavy load to dispose but it’s really not a big deal. I just prefer to empty it out at some point during the day.

This is a scam! I ordered on August 7th and have yet to receive a potty patch, The customer service link doesn’t work and neither does the 1-800 phone number listed on the website.
I have canceled the payment through my bank, the only way to get your money back for something that will never show up.
I ordered a Potty Patch several weeks ago and received a message that it would be mailed to me. I still have not received it and have received no reply to my messages to the site asking why the delivery is taking so long.
Well, the one thing I don’t like about the PP is the cost…for $40 I can buy 20 pieces of sod, put it in a pan, and get the same results. I do that on my boat all the time because my dog is terrified of water and we can’t get her to swim to shore to go potty! This is one of very few positive reviews I’ve read for this thing…glad it worked for you, but most people say it smells, and many cannot get their dogs to use it.
I just received the potty patch after several weeks, and my dog won’t go near it! The information in the carton suggests using a pheronome spray and to check the website for more info. I can’t find any information on the website regarding this spray. Can anyone help??

It took several weeks to receive the potty patch. I called the customer service number listed on the website to check on the status of my order. I received the potty shortly after, and I am so disappointed. My dog won’t go near it let alone potty on it:(

I tried to order it before reading the reviews and i clicked submit twice bc it didnt look as if the info went throught the first time. I’m hoping it was just the computer i was on and that it didnt go through. I checked my bank & i havent been charged yet. Nervous about if i’m going to be or if someones going to be using my credit card info to purchase something else.
I’d say buy something else bc this is WAY to sketchy!!!
I ordered the Potty Patch two months ago! It finally came today. I was so disappointed! What a cheap piece of junk, not to mention unsafe! Pieces of grass fell out and on my floor when I took it out of the box. Also, the grass was so fake! The grass does not look anything like the grass on their website! The grass is supposed to stay on the base by having sharp blades dig into the cloth backing of the grass. Well, it doesn’t work!! Also, I would be scared to even let my puppy us this piece of junk! If she stepped on the sharp blades she would cut herself! I don’t even know how this unit is allowed to be sold in the USA. It is a piece of junk and more importantly, it is NOT SAFE! When you go to their website look closely at the gray part that is suppose to hold the grass is place. It is nothing but SHARP needles! I am sending mine back tomorrow and looking for another box that won’t harm my puppy! The company needs to be reported for selling such an unsafe product. Does anyone have any ideas as to who I can report this to? A government agency? BTW My friend recommended A new Dog litter box called Rascal Dog Litter Box and she is very very pleased with it and the Grass comes already scented to help dogs use as you take it out the box, She says the Box is a God send for her and I am going to order mine today and they have same day shipping not like the Potty Patch which took 8 weeks to come.

Omg! This is the dumbest thing I ever bought!! “If it sounds to good to be true”. I have 3 chihuahua’s and a dachshund puppy they check out anything brought into my house!! No the good ole potty patch! Haven’t gone near it! A real piece of junk!! And I’m censoring myself, believe me!! I think the good reviews r done by employees of this crappy product!! I’m totally disappointed in the AKC if they r really backing this product. Shame on u all!! I hope u enjoy my money, while I try to figure out if this piece of CRAP will be a good door mat!

I know for a Fact that because of my potty patch purchase that my credit card was charged $1217.20. Also saw online where otheres were complaining of the same thing.
I ordered the potty patch. It took months to come. I only knew it was shipping because my card was charged. The dogs used it for a week and I went downstairs and they didn’t use it today at all. They did their business on the floor. I hope this is only a temporary set back. I think the company is in over its head. They probably can’t keep up with all of the orders. They just need to do a better job of communicating delays to their customers or they will lose their reputation.
I just bought this at Petco two days ago. I brought it home, and my dog would go sit on it when I told her to go potty. I then stayed at my mother’s last night. When I came home, I lifted the patch and didn’t think she’d gone. I went back a little later and lifted it again and noticed that she had gone pee. Clean up was a breeze since I put nature’s miracle pads down in the trays. It will be interesting to see how long it takes before it stinks.
According to the box, just clean the patch with soapy water. A call to the vet or kennels to find out what they use to clean might be worth it.
For those asking how to train the dogs on it: If your dog is already going in a specific place, put the patch there. My dog would always go in the bathroom, and my concern was that when I put the patch down, she’d go in the area that it didn’t cover. (I have the large). But, I made sure that I put it down in the corner that I know she likes to use frequently.

I don’t know about getting the potty patch from this site or not but the potty patch really does work amazingly!! I LOVE it! I didn’t buy it from the internet though, I bought it at Walgreens…but it has been amazing for me when I am away at work and cant be home to let my dogs out.
I bought an Italian greyhound puppy in January. This breed is notoriously hard to housebreak. I bought a potty patch and I am happy to say that it does indeed work. My puppy Ruby had it mastered in about two weeks. We started her off in the laundry room with a kennel, food and water, and the potty patch with a baby gate blocking the door so she could still see me. I live in an upstairs apartment so it really has been a luxury to let her go when she needs to go. Clean up takes 30 seconds. I simply remove the “big” stuff and rinse out the potty patch under hot water. The trick is to make sure you keep it clean at least 2-3 times a fay. There are no odors in my house.This product really does work.
This merchant is deceptive and I would not recommend anyone do business with them. They advertise the patch for $39.99 and give you the option of large or small but if you order a large, you get hit with a $40 extra charge. You don’t find out until AFTER they have charged your credit card and then, if you can reach them, they transfer you to 5-10 different people before you can reach them to cancel, then they tell you it is too late that its already shipped!

I believe I got an offer of buy one get one free. but I recieved one potty pad and know invoice or another potty patch. $50.00 is a lot to spend on a fake grass for the dogs. I believe I deserve the other potty pad that I was offered. besides that, I deserve in invoice for my order. How do you ship an item without an invoice, with a credit card. I am worried of what I might be charged, without a statement to go with it. Thank You. Candy Craft
